The Site is provided to share information about Mutternity Project, view adoptable and fosterable dogs, complete inquiries, apply to foster/adopt/volunteer, donate, register for events, or purchase digital offerings.

General browsing is open to all users.

Submitting applications, donations, event registrations, payments, or agreements must be completed by individuals 18+, or with verified legal guardian consent.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, design elements, and content are owned by Mutternity Project Incorporated or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written consent.

 

4. Donations, Digital Downloads, and Paid Events

All payments made through the Site are final and non-refundable, including:

• Adoption pledges

• Adoption/foster application fees

• Donations

• Event registrations

• Digital or informational downloads

 

5. Adoption & Foster Application Submissions

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion based on the best interests of the animals.

 

6. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party platforms, including Stripe, PayPal, Typeform, Freshworks, Google Analytics, and Wix. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

 

7. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time without notice.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from:

• Interaction with third-party services

• Decisions related to adoption or foster placement
